• Bring your own API keys — Pro, Team, and Enterprise users can save their own Gemini, Grok, Claude, Codex, OpenAI, OpenRouter, or OpenAI-compatible keys on the Account page. When a key is active, generation uses that provider and does not consume BlockForm AI credits.
• Share Report — Pro, Team, and Enterprise users can create a customer share link from the report editor (between View PDF and Download PDF), optionally password-protect it, and send a PDF snapshot at a public /share/r/:token page with no editor chrome.
• Model viewer Animate — Play, pause, and reset rotation animation in the viewer toolbar with axis and speed controls.
• Appearance and Material — Color and appearance presets, project and global appearance recipes, and material updates on parts in the model viewer.
• Section view — Section-plane clipping in the model viewer with plane selection and flip-normal controls.
• Photo Guide package — Photo Guide panel in the inspection flow that lists per-part photo instructions so inspectors know what evidence to capture for each part.
• Inspection Procedures — Catalog of procedures in Global Settings and the Parts Library, linkable to parts and report blocks, with required records and notes.
• Part block templates in Parts Library — Inspection tab lets you choose a saved part block template as the default layout when that part appears in a report.
• Title page — The inspection reports now have a new dedicated title page option. Title page blocks can be added in the report editor and customized in the Format Report Settings.
• Resources documentation — Guides for getting started, uploads, the viewer, report editor, Parts Library, part naming and numbering, report writing, and FAQ (this hub and sidebar Resources open /resources).
• Global Settings → AI helpers — Custom prompts for part numbering, part naming, visual defect analysis, severity calibration, and corrective actions, with reset-to-default and clearer save flows in the workspace modal.
• Report editor foundations — Photo collage blocks (including rotation), part-linked analysis with Generate, block structure, PDF export from the report view, Pro plan company logo and name on exported PDFs, and append files to exported PDFs on Pro.
• Inspection cards and upload workflow — New reports open in edit mode with ghost loading; assembly upload, schematic upload, BOM spreadsheet import (.csv, .tsv, .txt, .xlsx, .xls), and schematic or image BOM capture (AI from PDF or image). See New Report and Upload for the full flow.
• Post-upload Parts Library review — Confirm dialog after CAD upload for STEP metadata, OEM/MFG fields, and Generate before syncing to the library.
• Parts Library merge duplicates — Improved merge workflow when consolidating duplicate parts after import.
• Workspace search — Sidebar search filters inspection cards with configurable fields: report name, assembly part number and name, model file, inspection date, inspector, location, serial number, WO and quote numbers, customer name and part/PO/SO/RFQ numbers, manufacture name and part number, and OEM make, model, and part number. Open the search settings menu to choose which fields to include.
• AI credits and usage metering — Metering and limits across every Generate flow (assembly upload, schematic BOM creation, report analysis blocks) with usage surfaced consistently on the account page.
• Billing and usage foundations — Stripe checkout and billing portal, plan tiers (Individual, Pro, Team), and account usage counters for reports, assemblies, total storage, and AI credits.
• Stripe billing polish — Recurring add-ons, subscription previews, and tighter alignment between plan quotas and in-app usage displays.
• Report editor — Collage and block editing refinements, part-linked analysis structure, model tree sync, and PDF export reliability.
• Upload and library flows — Continued improvements to schematic part creation, post-upload confirm UX, and large-import library editing, and additional AI prompt entry for further refinement of the part numbering and naming when using the Generate AI.
